Zachariah Samuel Stevens He was born into a wealthy family in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA...raised to appreciate the finer things in life, to enjoy high society; was comfortable in the company of professionals, athletes, entertainers and political figures. His curiousity took him there where he now temporarily resides at the Ritz Carlton in a penthouse Suite, and he now spends his time checking out prospects in the City, taking his time, methodocally deciding which, if any properties to buy, fix up quick, and sell at an obscene profit. On a personal note, he prides himself a gentleman and a fair and honest person.
