Xavier Santucci Born outside of Rome, Italy in 1863, he had a normal childhood and was thriving in early adulthood as a painter of some local regard. He thought he had struck some marvelous luck when a rich man came forward and offered to be his Patron. He did not advise Xavier there would be additional strings attached such as turning him into a creature of the night.
