Sunshine and surf, salt air and bare, golden skin, are the things that rock my world.

So how ideal is this? I run a shop where I can have all three? Seriously awesome, yes?

A degree in business from UCLA, but the cost for beach front in sunny California was beyond my means.

So I came to the City.

I heard the people are friendly here. That the City Council is very friendly.

That a guy like me could live his dream
