A native Chicagoan, Willie Scott has been the Manager of Bar Code for the last three years. Scott, 34, has an under graduate degree in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University. Unmarried, he lives alone in an apartment in the Praetorian Tower complex. He has one sister, Nicole, who is a Detective with the Chicago Police Department.
