Definition of a Rogue taken from the dictionary.
Rogue
Allow me to go through the list before you assume wrongly of me. While
neither unprincipled or unreliable I can be deceitful and I have been
described as a scoundrel before now. I can be mischievous when the whim
takes me. I am neither a beggar nor a vagrant although I do wander. I am
deep down a solitary animal although not even my worst enemies could call
me vicious. And finally while not being a plant I do feel that I am a
variation from the standard or norm.
I did not aim to be become a Rogue, I had never entertained a thought that
might be one day a Rogue but a Rogue I have become. I have grown into the
title and description over many years. My experiences of life have shaped
me into what stands before you today. Although I can be, and often am,
called many things the name Rogue has fitted be best for the last few
years. Perhaps I may explain with my definition of Rogue:
Rogue (rog) n.
1.A scoundrel who will only be deceitful when the situation calls for it.
2.A mischievous person who, while having his or her fun, will never allow
the mischief to hurt anyone.
3.A wandering soul who travels in order to learn and grow.
4.A solitary person who, although at best on their own, enjoys the company
of others, especially the opposite sex.
5.A person who differs from the norm. Someone who has something that set
them apart from the rest.
"Society produces rogues,
and education makes one rogue cleverer than another."
Oscar Wilde
