The first thing you might learn about Vinny is his name.  His full name was Vincenzo Savelli.  That name alone would lead you to more information about Vinny.  More about who and what he was.  First would come the basics, the basics were all you would get.  Unless you had contacts, decent contacts.  <br><br>

Vinny was born in Sicily.  The only son of Tony “The Knuckle” Savelli.  The man who currently sat at the position of Godfather of most of the entire Sicilian Familia’s.   He was born and raised in Sicily.  At eighteen, he moved to America.  To Chicago.  He lived with the Sortoni family, one of the Savelli’s closest ally’s.  The Sortoni family had fallen, broken from the inside was the word in Chicago.  Vinny, he had disappeared.<br><br>

That was the basics.  There was more to know.  Not everyone would have access to the more detailed information.  What little there was.  Vinny was good at covering his tracks.  He was a meticulous, painstakingly so, at times.  Now, if you knew the people that knew where to look, you might learn a bit more.<br><br>

In Sicily, Vinny made a name for himself on the street at a young age.  By sixteen, he worked with his fathers enforcers.  Vinny had a real nasty mean street.  Ruthless, emotionless.  By eighteen he was running his own crews.  Made a lot of enemies.  His father sent him to America…to live with Tommy Sortoni and his Family.  Vinny made friends fast, though he knew the Sortoni’s from Sicily.  Soon he found himself sitting near the right hand of Tommy “the Whip” Sortoni.  Vinny was the one who handled those things, delicate things.  Hit man was as close to giving it a title as it got.  <br><br>

Something happened in Chicago though.  The Sortonis fell.  The family were found.  Murdered, brutally.  Excuted.  Vinny had disappeared.  Rumour on the street, and it was just that.  Rumour.  It said Vinny was betrayed, the Sortoni’s were planning a scheem against his own Familia.  Vinny had a mean fucking temper.  There was all sorts of rumour on the street.  Take it for what its worth though.<br><br>

You would learn much of the above.  There would be files on Vinny Savelli.  Known to some as the Rattler.  Yet..nothing of substantial evidence.  Mostly hearsay..street talk..assumptions.   Nothing concrete.<br><br>
