DIAGNOSIS: CRIMINALLY INSANE

BRIEF FOR NURSES AND DOCTORS: The Joker is highly intelligent. Do not engage in conversation alone for any reason. He is highly adept at using any common item for a weapon and should not be approached without a full armed security group.

PSYCH EVALUATION: Deep level of psychosis and insanity, possibly brought on by severe facial disfigurement. Whenever possible, the Joker will cover his face with makeup, painting a grin over the scars on his mouth and darkening the areas around his eyes that are scarred from what seems to be chemical burns. The Joker's face is very pale without makeup and his hair seems to grow in green without the aid of hair color. Teeth are long and sharp on the edges. Dental hygiene is not possible with patient.
In discussions with patient, he gives differing accounts for the scars on his face. He has said before, "If I'm going to have a past, I prefer it to be multiple choice."

Previous Doctors have suggested the Joker has a sort of 'Super-sanity', but I am unsure of the credibility to these reports.

HIGH ESCAPE RISK - HAS ESCAPED NUMEROUS TIMES, SEEMINGLY AT WILL.

KEEP ISOLATED FROM OTHER PRISONERS - THE JOKER IS ABLE TO DRIVE INMATES MAD AND CONVINCE THEM TO RIOT.
