Hi - and welcome to my SOI help page

The purpose of this page is to help new citizens with the various SOI possibilities. The reason why I've made this page is mainly because I had a lot of problems getting started  myself and now I would like to share the knowledge I've obtained during my time as a citizen with all of you who wonder what to do and/or how to do it.

I've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to find the answer to your specific problem. Just click a chapter button to the right and then select a subject in the next form.

I've also strived to simplify  my explanations in such a way that even a computer newbie will be able to understand them - even if of course - a certain minimum amount of computer knowledge is required.
