Much of his background is unknown and he prefers it that way. The little bit that has come to light has revealed that at one time he was in the highest echelons of the mob in the Northeast. He worked his way up through the ranks, but also continued his schooling on the side, using the money he made through enforcement to pay his way through law school. That degree, and as well as his background, ultimately led him to become the "mouthpiece" for Don Guido. Being a "mouthpiece", lawyer for those that are unaware of the term, he is very well educated and knows how to beat the system legally as well as illegally.

During his time as the Don's lawyer, he met a woman, and as women so often are, she ultimately became his downfall as she was an informant for the government. Allowing feelings to cloud his judgment, he became slack and divulged information that should have been kept secret. When that information became public, he knew the source and knew what had to be done. He took care of the problem personally, but then needed a place to hide out until the heat settled down. This led him to the hood where he initially took a low key approach, content to simply watch and stay amid the shadows. Impressed with how the hood was run and the decided lack of law enforcement, he has made his home within the walls of the hood...his entrepreneurial spirit and the connections he maintains up north have been engaged and therefore money flows easily for him.

Drugs , money , weapons , whores ...as far as he's concerned, it's all good. However he still plans on keeping a low profile and will be making sure to share the wealth to keep things quiet and running smoothly.
