Starr never knew who her father was, probably because her mother didn't know either. Raised by a mother who was a stoned out hooker and didn't have time for a kid. Starr was nothing more than a problem to her mother or always in the way when she brought tricks home. She roamed the streets as a kid, befriended by an old man who over time taught her how to play the guitar.
As she grew older, she came home less and less which suited her mother just fine. At 17 Starr got in the car with a man, Maddix McTravis leaving in a cloud of dust vowing she would never return. Starr and Maddix soon parted ways, damn he could has at least said goodbye. Alone again, with only the old beat up guitar she had been given along time ago, she had no one to rely upon but herself.
For a few years after that she roamed around from place to place. Partied hard, when she could find a group to party with. She relied upon her street smarts to survive, finding occasional places to play and sing. She never really knew how or even why she ended up in Nashville. Maybe it was the hope of finding a stable job with her songs. In those days, she had no idea how much Nashville would change her life.
While in Nashville, Starr roamed into a club the Rowdy Rebel looking for a job. The Owner said the job wasn't much but at least she could sing, and at times worked as a waitress. While working at the Rowdy Rebel she met Sam Buck, who rolled in on his Harley one night to throw back a few beers.
Buck liked the young girls. Starr always had an attraction for a "Daddy" figure. It was no surprise when he came strolling into the Rowdy Rebel that she forgot the words of the song she was singing. It didn't take long until Buck had seduced Starr taking her totally by surprise with his charm, alcohol and weed. It didn't take more than Buck patting the leather seat of his hog, with that look on his face until Starr found herself straddled behind him on his Harley. Ripping out of town and out to the open road to wherever it might take them.
Starr is nobody's fool. She is a free thinker, opinionated at times and can stand up for herself. That is until it comes to Buck. If you don't want her opinion, then don't ask, however, just don't be surprised if she doesn't give it anyway. Don't bite or she might bite back, Buck will tell you though he makes sure she has had her rabies shot.
Starr's mail and whispers are on and available to any who wish to use them. Please use them respectfully. This situation is subject to change at any time.
