FAMILY: All family is deceased.
HISTORY: It seems like life has been out to get this girl. Born in a small, impoverished village in Brazil, her parents were killed in a fire before she was two. Her grandmother stepped in and raised her until she was thirteen, when the old woman took sick. Too poor to pay for medication, Avo` died, and Sierra was forced to take to the streets in the next town over. She wasn't there too long, however.
A man named Carlos found her and lured her in, promising to take care of her. With the trusting heart of a child, Sierra believed him, and allowed him to inject her with the serum that would turn her into a lycan. As it turned out, the man was lycan himself, and the owner of a traveling carnival. You know the sort..where people come to watch sad-looking animals perform tricks for food. Sierra became his star attraction, and for the next six years, he shifted her in and out of her pretty red scales for the entertainment of strangers. It was a horrible life. One night, Carlos' assistant Andre left the tiger's cage unlatched. Tao, beaten and starved, escaped and went on a rampage. Both men were killed, and the big cat took off into the night. In the confusion that followed, the authorities who came to rescue the rest of the animals didn't notice one slender little red snake as she slipped away to nearby Nashville. She read about Tao in a newspaper a day or two later, grateful that merciful humans had finally put the animal out of his misery.

Not many days after, she found a friend..or maybe he found her. Masamba took her under his care, took her to folks who were just like her, and patiently set about teaching her to embrace her snake, and about being human as well. He took her to his homeland, to other places to fight legal battles of his own that she did not understand, and now he has brought her here. Maybe now life will treat her good, yeah?
