Thomas Moore III was born with a silver spoon in his mouth May 23rd, 1959. He was born to Thomas Moore II and Alison Denise Cantrel Moore as their only child.

He worked in the family business for several years, working his way through school then left to serve his country as an officer in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy he was stationed at NAS Jacksonville where he met, fell in love with and married Catherine Rochelle Harper. His life changed and for the better with Catherine at his side. He quickly advanced in rank and resigned as a Captain at the age of 30 receiving an honorable discharge. During his time in the Navy he became a father two times, to a son they named Thomas Moore the 4th and a daughter named Rochelle Alison.

He returned to the family business, a 7 state franchise for Miller beer, where he worked until running for the Senate. In Washington he was known as a strong conservative who was not afraid to speak his mind and speak for those that elected him, the people. A staunch suporter of less government and less taxes, a member of the 2nd Lutheran church and a long time friend of the social elite on the east coast.

His wife passed away in 1999 due to breast cancer. Thomas became a champion for the cause and still donates time and energy to supporting cancer research. His son works in the family business with the blessings of his father. His daughter attends university and is close to her father. Thomas is close to both his children.

He has now returned home from the northern part of the state and plans on serving as mayor of the city, if he is elected.

Thomas is know for his open door policy and his willingness to face any and all questions from the press and the people he serves.
