OOC information or private IC information your pc would not have access to is NOT to be used IC . . . Ever. If you wish to use said information, you MUST acquire it through active play, or permission. Active play doesn't mean that after my play has ceased you can come in and make a post saying you had been there. It means if you plan on using something you see in my play, make sure you post in while my character is still in play in order to give me a chance for response or rebuttal or your play (and/or witnessing of MY play) will be considered null and void.
