He calls himself Rusty. Says it's a nickname given to him because of his skin color, but he always seems to avoid giving his real name.

If pressed for information he will say he's a student visiting from England yet he does not act like a tourist. In fact he spends all his time alone with the exception of when he is seen with others of middle eastern descent. When he is seen on the streets it is usually with head down and collar up, like someone who does not want to be seen.

He stands 5'8", has a medium, fit, build, dark hair and eyes, and a scar on his chest from a knife wound.
