Born in 1968, in Dublin, Ireland. Rick is not his real first name, for Pa O'Shea wasn't that drunk when he registered the birth of his first son... it was a nickname he acquired somewhere that has stuck, to the extent that even his parents now call him Rick when he makes his rare trips home to Ireland.
Six feet tall, Rick has the build of a man who keeps in shape. His past life before he arrived in the City is still shrouded in some mystery, although he has let slip that when younger he was in training for the Roman Catholic Priesthood until some unspecified misdemeanour led to his expulsion from the Seminary.
Possessing a natural Irish charm and good humour, he dresses well, and carries himself with a certain air of confidence. His stated business in the City is to set up an office for his European based company. He has been married once, to an English woman named Charlotte. They divorced just over a year ago.
