Qilue Veladorn    Drow Female16th level priestess of Eilistraee; one of the Seven Sisters and the Chosen of Mystra.She is the least known of the 7 sisters and her history is quite interesting. Her mother, Elue' combined with Mystra to mother 6 of the 7 sisters. When Elue' was carrying the 7th, Qilue, Her husband, who was not aware of the possession by Mystra, was  told by a priest that his wife had been possessed by an entity of great magical power. To spare them both any further agony, He beheaded her, forcing Mystra to reveal herself to him and then make plans to save Qilue. She located Iliryztara Veladorn, a drow adventuress leading a band of dark elves toward the surface that had been cast out when they refused to kneel to the will of Lolth's priestesses. Her current unborn daughter, unknown to her, had died due to the rigors of the journey so Mystra intereceded in a switch of infants, Qilue was born, thus making her the only one to serve two powers, Eilistraee and Mystra. She enjoys her companions, her sisters, clerics and good aligned drow. Her enemies are evil drow, slavers, Zhentarim and the Cult of the Dragon. Her powers are those of a priestess, and she can cast 9 each of level one and two, 8 of level 3, 6 of level 4, 4 of level 5, three of level 6 and 1 of level 7. She has Major access to most all the spheres, and her weapons of proficiency are dagger, long sword, long bow, flight arrow, footman's mace, staff sling and hand crossbow. Certain magical items she is endowed with include her singing sword, a blast scepter, silver bracer that acts as a sheath for a dagger and functions as a ring of spell storing, a wand of magic missiles. She is immune to magic missile, web, lightning bolt, Evard's black tentacles, cone of cold, chain lightning, power word stun, sink and imprisonment. Her bonus spells include cure light wounds, charm person or mammal, dispel magic, neutralize poison, raise dead, blade barrier and ressurection each once per day without having to memorize them or use any of their components. As a priestess of Eilistraee, she can conjure Moonfire at will 16 times a day. She can be stern and even ruthless, but she is a kind caring woman and has an impish sense of humor.
