History:
Peyton was the beloved adopted child of an older couple and grew up in a small town in Mississippi. The family was of old money that she inherited after they passed but she was never really accepted by the rest of the Bryant clan. After the death of her parents shortly after she graduated from college, she saw no reason to remain in a small town where she really didn't fit in.
She has just recently returned to the States after spending the past 3 years embedded as a journalist with an Army unit in Afghanistan. Within the year, one of the soldiers became her lover and after a dangerous ambush by insurgents, she discovered that he was Lukoi when he transformed her to save her life.
She spent 2 more years with the unit until during a skirmish, her lover was killed, betrayed by someone in the unit who knew his secret. Unable to bear to staying in Afghanistan after this act of treachery, she has returned to the States and plans to settle in Miami. Until now, he was her only pack, her only teacher, all the family she has had since the death of her parents. Now that the grief has dulled to a throbbing ache, her heart cries out for vengeance that seems unattainable.
Appearance:
Peyton is 5'5", not tall, but not terribly short. Long pale blond hair that is like silver or compared to the color of moonlight with silvery blue eyes. Her frame is slender with lush curves that hide the hard, lean muscles. She has an almost ethereal appearance that disguises the strength of spirit that beats with in her soul.
