O'Toole is not sure what his name is;the record had been lost or had not existed. A foster parent had named him Francis Xaviar O'Toole,had sent him to good private schools,had not abused him, and he had kept the name.

No one is sure of his background or how he had lost his right arm below the elbow.

He had been the silent partner of a real estate developer/restaurant owner,bookie and had had several legitimate businesses.

His shady business had been a bonded warehouse on the docks,which he used to fence stolen property. He bought at twenty five cents on a dollar,sold at fifty cents on a dollar,put the money into legitimate businesses and had cheated no one.

One of the legitimate businesses had been Lefty's Bar. He had hired a coke dealer on the lam from multiple police forces in multiple countries and that had brought too much police attention.

He sold his businesses for fair prices----and left for Mexico.

He no longer owns the bar(but has the owner's permission to role play Lefty there),but is back home,with an idea or two just below the kindling point.
