The Paladin.
"Is this thing on? Okay. Good. Now, listen up. I'll only say it once. You want help? You pay for it. I know, I know. That's not very heroic, is it? Well, you can keep those sentiments to yourself. I'll let the mutants tear themselves apart for a world who hates them, and I'll take a coke and a 5k a week expense account.
Cause, in the end, it's the green that matters. Want to change the world? Greenbacks pave the road." *grin*
Background.
Mercenary and a definite hero for hire, the Paladin is who he is.
Little is known about his alter ego, if anything at all. Where was he born? Where did he grow
up? He doesn't talk much about it and if he did well there's just no trusting that,
eh?
He returned to NY after completing a job in Montreal. Now, he's living in New
York. Hey, wouldn't you? The pay is so much better in the big apple.
On the Paladin. (OOC)
I am playing the Paladin as if he's not had contact with X-factor, or the Heroes for
Hire folks. Basically, he is freelance, and I've taken some liberties with the character from
the comics. Mainly on his name and alias outside of the mask. I figured a new sort of face was
necessary, and so too a slightly different personality, and background, since this isn't
strictly canon Marvel.
I've not had permission to use the character either! So, for right
now the whole past in the comics is different then this Paladin. He still has the same
skillset and mentality just not the exact same history.
Storylines.
I'm up for whatever, really. The Paladin isn't a heavy duty hitter like some superheros so don't expect him to go clobbering time on anyone! Also, he isn't really an assassin though I know in the comics he's killed people.
The Player.
I play post for post as far as combat goes and loves spontaneous play. I don't kill other people's characters without permission so I expect the same in return. So, yes, he has stun-guns. Mixing it up? Sure thing! And feel free to msg at anytime!
