Johnny Rocco stands 5'5" and has a powerful, stocky build. He has a shadowy past, but has been involved in union work as a mobster for  several years.<p>
<p>
He has a firm hand over the Longshoreman's Union on the waterfront. He also runs gambling operations on the waterfront and is trying to ext=end these operations into the Red Light District in 2011. It's believed he is exploring expanding his modest operations in prostitution into the Red Light District through a drug dealer named Omar Sweet.<p>

He is seriously moving into the drug trade, taking charge of its import through the waterfront and pushing into the City from there. Again, he is using Omar Sweet to head the operation.<p>
<p>
However, it is not thought that Sweet is trusted with any waterfront operations. Rocco keeps command of that and of Sweet......and if Sweet fails, he could quickly be replaced. How much Rocco would protect him as being "his man" isn't known.
