Born just outside Atlanta, and growing up in the city definately shaped Jeff's early years. His parents provided him a very comfortable life growing up. Some might have said too comfortble, but they were mostly just jealous of the money. People still had to grow up and find themselves and that was never easy with or without money. His father, Will, was a good man but worked way too hard and died several years ago. Jeff was lucky to have had him as a role model and to have gained his work ethic. His mom, Cricket, is the heart of the family. She kept "the boys" fed and in line. She has always been the rock that Jeff can lean on and he can only hope that she feels that way about him.
He is currently working as a computer consultant and is able to telecommute most of the time, allowing for a great deal of flexibility in his schedule. At first appearance, Jeff seems to be the typical quiet, computer geek. However, his eyes show a bit of something different. The look gives away a past that isn't as calm and peaceful as this quiet man seems. Also, he carries himself a bit more upright than the typical computer geek would, and he appears to be in pretty good shape for someone that spends all day stuck behind a keyboard. That, however, is a past that he'd just as soon let go... Jeff is a cousin to JoAnna McVay, their moms being sisters. She has been kind enough to let him rent her lake house so he can be contacted there |
