A visitor to the City now establishing residence,
a woman who is not exactly what she seems, other than unattached....



Born in South Africa in 1966, daughter of a military attache Mitchell Winterbourne and his wife Dzico,
she attended school in England and returned to her country
to apprentice with her father in arms sales.

She is involved in international negotiations, but it is unclear
to which side of issues of intrigue she is loyal.
In the City, she is the main contact for imports and exports for her country,
not all of which are what they seem, either.

But, to watch her public image, she is involved in
charity and cultural work, and plays a mean conga
when she lets her hair down
