History

Not much is known about Haeylin Binx besides her origins as a journalist and her early close-knit familial upbringing. Extremely reserved in most public situations. She fraternizes infrequently with professional peers and, most often, with current and potential sources on a level that leaves most with more questions than answers. After all, it's her job to get the answers.

To her, everything is a story waiting to be told. Everything save for anything about herself, that is. Strictly in the closet concerning her lycanthopy and careful to a fault that it remains so. Not from shame or a desire to hide, but simply that, in her line of business, doors that wouldn't be open to a lycan need to remain open to her. Even her family, whom she's still very close with when assignments leave her enough time to be in contact with them, know nothing of who and what she is now. If nothing else, Binx is pragmatic.

Her big, breakthrough story came a little better than ten years ago. It was her first assignment from 'Midnight Main' magazine, a publication with a bent toward all things preternatural. An interview with reclusive billionaire Devon McIntyre at his secluded island estate. One that took six months on-site to complete, but her editor was ecstatic. She still writes for the magazine quite frequently and is currently working on another piece for them as well as sourcing a few new story leads of her own.

So, hello, London. Meet Binx.
