The setting is Post-Crisis DC Universe, where most, if not all, characters have been revamped and retconned for the modern-age. Specifically, all events take place during/after the series 52 and One Year Later. As such, the character you wish to choose must be chronologically accurate to this timeline. Powers, identities, etc. All must obey the guidelines set forth by the writers of your character's respective series.

Synopsis: 52 weeks after the events of Infinite Crisis, Superman, Batman, and the real Wonder Woman are missing. However, Clark Kent still protects Metropolis with his journalism, while the Wonder Woman name is taken over by another super heroine. Batman is nowhere to be seen, as he and Robin have gone on a journey of self-discovery. Eventually, it is discovered by various superheros that 52 extra realities exist, with properties much like those of the past "Crisis Era" universes. Unfortunately, the heroes decide to keep it a secret, and, unknown to those heroes finally returning to their costumed identities, a big event is obviously brewing, to which the Monitors themselves express their concerns over.
