Billy Piper
Billy spent most of her childhood in foster homes. Her parents died when she was 9 and she had no siblings. She wasn't a bad kid, quiet and subdued. Because of that doctors said she was depressed and a troubled child which made it hard to place her in one home for long. No one wanted a child that took much of their time. Her last home was the worse, both foster parents were abusive and on her 13th birthday her foster father decided she was old enough to be his "toy". Confused and scared, she stayed a couple of months before one night she snuck out and ran away. She's lived on the streets since and and doesn't know where to turn next. She's making the best of what she has and doing what she can to survive.
At first glance one might mistake her as a boy, she liked it that way. Her past made her not want to be a girl, always thinking if she'd been born a boy those things wouldn't have happened to her. But she was still a girl and somethings you just couldn't hide. Relating to men wasn't easy and her first instinct was to hate them. Don't expect her to take to you if you are a man. She's more likely to pick your pocket or start a fight as a defense mechanism. Please don't be offended, it's just the way it is.
