Born in October 31, 1973, she is a strong-willed, narrow-minded woman who was married to the very wealthy and weak-willed Howard Hahn in 1993. While he focuses on enhancing the family wealth, she entered politics and was elected to the City Council in 1998.
Barbara was originally Barbara Soames, a member of one of the founding families. The Soames family was not economically what it once was, but it has enough old money and blue blood to look down on most folks and feel a sense of ownership about The City.
Barbara has enhanced her power since then, gaining a strong political influence. Barbara has been president of the City Council and in fact, did a good job at it for the most part. On bread-and-butter issues, she is very solid and practical.
She is influential with the "Silent Majority"......or at least, what she thinks of as the silent majority....in the city. Her conservatism on taxes resonates with the middle class.
She is reasonable with most bread-and-butter issues, but regarding morality, she is a fanatic. She fights to force the police to concentrate of "cleaning up vice". She is a relentless enemy of sexual providers, legal or illegal, and considers vice to be the one thing that is corrupting American society. She considers all crime as flowing from its corruption.
Though she keeps it private, she is sexually wanton in her personal life. This has been uncovered in the past, but she is one of these politicians who seems to have the ability to have personal scandal bounce off of her.
She once ran for mayor, but finished last. She remained a member of the City Council, but lost her position in 2010.
In June of 2010, Hahn was arrested on Barton Avenue for prostitution. She claimed she was researching prostitution, but had to plead a case.
After being seduced by Rogue Thugg, he brought out the submissiveness of her. He even interfered in her married with Howard, making her essentially submissive to him despite her having dominated their marriage since they were married.
Eventually, Rogue sold Barbara to The Bro's although she continues to live and sleep at home with Howard. But she is now a whore of The Hood.
