.: OOC Rules :.

These are the guidelines I will follow in addition to the ones the UL Tribunal has listed.

First: I am here for Fun. If it is not Fun, then I will probably not participate.

Second: OOC Drama Is Not Fun! See Rule the First.

Third: If you have a problem with an action this character takes, then please POLITELY message me either through a whisper or the mailroom. I will be more than happy to discuss it with you POLITELY and edit posts as needed. There are very few things that I will not work with other players on, and those things are integral to the character. The main examples of this are damage and destruction of the suit of armor, damage and destruction of the "Xuan" sub-unit, and loss or theft of his hair clasp, known as the "Muse's Favor". He'll take his lumps, but remember that he is a highly-trained martial artist with several years of practice living hard, surviving by his wits, and noticing danger before it can kill him. Also, his intuition is magically enhanced which will cause him to notice things others may miss. Whether he reads it right or not depends on the situation, though.

Fourth: Combat is always Post for Post, per UL Rules. No external decision makers will be allowed, and I reserve the right to play out speedy escapes from unreasonable situations. I will try to cooperate with others as much as possible. However, I am the sole authority on what is an "unreasonable" situation for this character.

Fifth: Urban Legends is a "No Kill without Consent" realm. Any situation that removes this character from play for longer than the five day "abduction" guideline without prior consulting and my consent is considered an attempt to "Kill" this character from play and I reserve the right to make stuff up and ignore any complaints not POLITELY made by anyone up to and including the UL Tribunal. If this ever happens, see Rules the First and Second.

This guideline is based off of the UL Tribunal's Rule #4. "No one likes to have their character eliminated from play for an extended period of time, and thus (unless agreed upon in advance because of RT) kidnappings should not last more than 5 days. Lack of contact with your captor for more than 3 days makes it reasonable for you to have your character attempt an escape."
