OOC/IC information your Character would not have access to is not ever allowed to be to be used IC.<br><br>

If you want to use such information you are required to obtain it through active play or ask permission. No passive play such as lurking is allowed to obtain it.<br><br>

Active play doesn't mean after play has ended nor does it mean a witness that is unseen. You must come in and post while my character is still in play in order to give me a chance for response or rebuttal.<br><br>

If this is not done then your play/words/actions will be considered null and void.
